Alder kiln dried logs are a lighter hardwood and for that reason they are usually sold at a lower price than most other hardwoods. They have a pleasant musky scent and are ideal for chiminea burning or summer evenings, or where a smaller room is to be heated. Ideal for high temperature burning and the best wood for cooking. The color of the nets may vary.
