Alder kiln dried logs are lighter hardwood and for that reason, they are usually sold at a lower price than most other hardwoods. They have a pleasant musky scent and are ideal for chiminea burning or summer evenings, or where a smaller room is to be heated. Ideal for high-temperature burning and the best wood for cooking. The colour of the nets may vary.
